About QA Playwright Plumbing
An owner-operated plumbing business serving Miami and Dallas, Mon – Fri.
Our Story
QA Playwright Plumbing is run by Pat Playwright out of 1726 NW 36th St in Miami, on a simple promise: show up when we say we will, find what’s actually wrong, and give you the price before the work starts. The business has grown by word of mouth across Miami — neighbors calling back and passing the number along.
Today we serve Miami and Dallas, and we keep our focus narrow on purpose: drain cleaning and water heaters. Doing two things every day means we’re fast at both — clearing stubborn lines properly and replacing tired water heaters before they flood a floor.
We’re independent and owner-operated. You deal with the owner directly, not a call center, so the person who quotes your job is the person who does it. We’re available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and every job starts with a free estimate.
What We Stand For
Reliability
We show up when we say we will, we finish when we said we would, and we keep you updated along the way.
Respect
We protect the floors and cabinets around the work, keep the area clean, and leave your home livable while we're in it.
Quality
The right parts for the pipe and fixture you actually have, and we test the work before we call it done.
Community
We live and work in Miami. Most of our jobs come from neighbors referring neighbors, and that's how we'd like to keep it.
Our Mission
Fix the cause, not the symptom — so the drain that backed up stays clear and the leak that was repaired stays dry. Treat every customer like a neighbor, and earn the next job with the quality of this one.
Our Promise
You get the price before the work starts, and an honest answer about whether something needs repairing or replacing. That’s how we’ve built a business where most of our work comes from repeat customers and their referrals.
